The Carabetta family began producing pasta for the general public in the early seventies. Before our entrance into this now mainstream market, only our family and friends had the opportunity to savor these magnificent dishes. Now in an age of food conglomerates and automation, Italia remains unique in our philosophy of fine Italian food production. From our hand-made specialty pasta to custom high production orders, Italia is capable of handling your specific needs.

Still a family-owned and operated business, we appreciate the unique needs of each customer, and we still make it just the way you want it. Based in Schaumburg, Illinois, 30 miles Northwest of Chicago, we are centrally located, which enables us to effectively serve our customers across the country, and around the world. |
Our Capabilities
Among our strengths are flexibility, responsiveness and many years of experience in this business. We take great pride in our ability to react quickly, and to work with our customers to develop exactly what they want. We're able to fulfill the needs of virtually all channels of distribution, including Food Service, Retail (branded), Private Label and Institutional, in our USDA-inspected facility.

Our Customers
We provide quality products to supermarkets, foodservice distributors, hotels, in-flight foodservice, industrial customers (ingredients) and institutional customers nationwide.
