Italia produces a variety of frozen and pre-cooked pasta products, and no two are the same. We excell in developing recipes based on customer preference, so each product is an original. Among the uncooked frozen products we produce are Ravioli, Tortellini and Lasagna. We also produce a variety of pre-cooked, filled and pre-portioned pasta. |
Ravioli
Ravioli is available with three delicious centers of cheese, meat or spinach, surrounded by medium, large or jumbo pasta envelopes, round or square shape. Our signature kneaded egg pasta is filled with only the finest natural ingredients such as whole milk ricotta, romano and parmesan cheeses, fresh pasteurized eggs, and quality USDA meats. We do not use preservatives or MSG.
Naturally 100% Italian.

Pre-Cooked Filled Pasta
Italia pre-cooked filled pasta offer endless opportunities for the developing menu. Manicotti, Cannelloni, Rotolo, Stuffed Shells and portioned Lasagna contain a tempting variety of fillings such as whole milk ricotta cheese, fresh spinach and quality USDA meats. Available without sauce or entree style. All brought together for a truly wonderful Italian experience. |

Tortellini
Tortellini is a perfect example of our unique pasta making methods. Little rings of exquistely filled pasta prepare in three to four minutes. Egg, spinach and tri-color varieties all begin with 100% extra fancy durum flour, kneaded to perfection, with available fillings of cheese and beef/pork combinations. Pasta to be proud of, from our family to yours.

Pre-Cooked Pasta is pre-portioned and fully cooked, to take the uncertainty and effort out of preparing perfect al dente pasta every time. From Fettucine to Lasagna sheets, available in three pasta of egg, spinach or tomato - all ready to serve. Each flash frozen at the moment of maximum freshness.
